Wild Things Africa was born from a deep-rooted love for Africa’s natural and cultural heritage. Shaped by my upbringing as a farmer’s son, immersed in the bush and Zulu culture, I was fascinated by our rich history. Pursuing knowledge and adventure led me from a social sciences degree to business development and hospitality. Becoming a safari guide, I delved deeper into the wild, later studied culture guiding, and worked in Cape Town’s vibrant tourism scene. Volunteering as a wildland firefighter, exploring mountains, and embracing an active lifestyle deepened my connection to nature. In 2015, Wild Things Pty Ltd was founded, reflecting my values and passion for sharing Africa’s beauty. Our carefully curated experiences, crafted by a team who shares this passion, aim not only to leave footprints on trails but also to etch memories in the hearts of our guests.
